Slopes update. The next openings

Bormio, 12-3-12. The recent snowfalls which concerned the level 2000-3000 meters and the lowering of the temperatures (thermal zero is supposed to go down at altitude 500 in the next few days) will give us the chance to add new slopes for this weekend at the box "open".
Currently the open slopes are all the ones at 3000 meters, Praimont, variante Praimont, Sant'Ambrogio, Ermellini 2, the links Praimont-La Rocca and vice-versa, the links to Stella Alpina, Stella Alpina and Canalino Sertorelli.

The next openings for this weekend (from Friday morning) will be Bimbi al Sole, Nevada Est with the resulting opening of the ski lift,  the Stelvio slope from Bormio 2000 to Fontalonga with the resulting opening of the chairlift Fontalonga-Valbella.
The slope Genziana to reach Ciuk is currently at 50 % as snow coverage; it's going to open in a few weeks.
The snow making system is going to be endlessy operational for some time. Just a few days ago our snowmakers made some heavy transport  wich saw the snow cannons literally flying over the Stelvio. The slope which is hosting the DH World Cup on December 29 has reached 47 active snow points. Following the best moments of the air transfer.
